Exercise in a nutshell is important. Its great to get the body moving on a regular basis. Of course before you start any new health regimen you should consult with a physician. Since I have mentioned before that I had some women's heath issues my doctor recommended yoga. I personally love it. Its calming, soothing, challenging, strengthening, active, increasing flexibility and so much more. The beauty of it all is it is all at your own pace. You will begin to understand that our bodies vary from one day to the next. You will learn your own strengths and weakness and eventually improvements with consistent practice. If you haven't tried it give it a go. If you don't like there are plenty of other things to try. This is just an idea.
